چکیده

The non-isothermal crystallization of the isotactic Polypropylene (iPP) was studied using differential scanning calorimetry and polarizing optical microscopy. Jeziorny’s model Ozawa’s theoretical approaches were applied to study kinetics iPP. approach proved be most relevant present material. Simultaneously, activation energy calculated with Kissinger’s method Vyazovkin’s iso-conversional approach. Indeed, latter provides an varying between 100 176 kJ/mol. Furthermore, WAXD scans indicated presence a single crystalline form in used To effect microstructure on mechanical properties iPP, multiscale tensile tests carried out for different film microstructures. At macroscopic scale, increase diameter spherulites, inevitably accompanied by rise crystallinity rate, induces growth rigidity, brittleness, elastic limit. Moreover, results in-situ micro-tensile evolution spherulites during loading.

Non-isothermal Primary Crystallization Kinetics of the Amorphous Fe85.3B11P3Cu0.7 Alloy

In the present research, the primary crystallization kinetics of the amorphous Fe85.3B11P3Cu0.7 alloy was analyzed using non-isothermal DSC measurements. The average and local activation energies, Ea, were determined by different isokinetic and isoconversional methods. The results obtained for activation energy in this research, show that due to the complexity of the primary crystallization pro...

Extensional-flow-induced crystallization of isotactic polypropylene

A filament stretching extensional rheometer with a custom-built oven was used to investigate the effect of uniaxial flow on the crystallization of polypropylene. Prior to stretching, samples were heated to a temperature well above the melt temperature to erase their thermal and mechanical histories and the Janeschitz-Kriegl protocol was applied. The samples were stretched at extension rates in ...

High-pressure crystallization of isotactic polypropylene droplets

Dispersions of isotactic polypropylene (PP) particles in polystyrene (PS) were produced by interfacially driven breakup of nanolayers in multilayered systems that were fabricated by means of layer-multiplying coextrusion. The droplet size was controlled by the individual PP layer thickness ranging from 12 to 200 nm. In addition, PP was melt blended with PS to produce PP droplets larger than tho...
